Xbeeriment #44 Smoked Stout Whisky Barrel Edition (7,7%): Fadlagret.
Our “basic” US style stout, # 44 Smoked Stout, matured in Scotch Single Malt Whisky barrels from the Glenmorangie distillery for 3 months.
Powerful, yet restrained, with warm peaty spiciness from the barrels.
Xbeeriment Acid Jazz (6%): Sur øl lagret med solbær.
A sour ale made with a variety of brettanomyces and lactobacillus strains. Matured for 3 months and the afterwards another 3 months of maturation with blackcurrants.
Probably the most metrosexual Xbeeriment beer to date!
Xbeeriment Agent Cooper’s Delight (10,4%): Fadlagret Imperial Stout med kaffe.
We took a small part of Black Force One XO and gave it a massive shot of coffee made from French roasted coffee beans.
We thought of Special Agent Dale Cooper all the way; this is a damn good cup of…. Imperial Coffee Stout!
Xbeeriment Agent Orange (9,3%): Moscatel fadlagret, med Brettanomyces og fersken.
This beer began its life as a classic Belgian Strong Blonde Ale. But after having spent 2 years in a Moscatel barrel, being transferred to a neutral maturation vessel to be matured with peaches AND being inoculated with brettanomyces, it’s something else…..

This beer began its life as a classic Belgian Strong Blonde Ale. But after having spent 2 years in a Moscatel barrel, being transferred to a neutral maturation vessel to be matured with raspberries AND being inoculated with brettanomyces, it’s something else….. Enjoy!
Xbeeriment Bretty Boop (6%): Samarbejdsbryg med Brekeriet, Saison gæret 100% med Brettanomyces.
This is a collaboration made with our good friends at Brekeriet. At Xbeeriment we consider Brekeriet one of the most exciting new breweries in Scandinavia so we’re really happy to have been able to make this saison fermented 100 % with brettanomyces with these guys.
Fruity, light and crisp and immensely drinkable.

The Xbeeriment flagship, our imperial stout Black Force One, spent not a couple of months, not a year, but two full years in a bourbon barrel to create this monster of a beer.
Mellow, smooth, soft and intense.
