Ingredienser: Vand, bygmalt, majs, humle, gær.

Grassroots Brewing Viola Sofia Barrel Aged (10,8%). Fadlagret Imperial Stout.

Viola Sofia is an Imperial Stout brewed for our friend Manuele to celebrate the birth of his baby girl, who the beer was named after. The beer spent 3 months in Jack Daniels barrels on top of cocoa nibs.

Manuele er lig Manuele Colonna der står bag Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fà i Rom, Italien. Ølbaren der sidste år blev udnævnt til verdens bedste af RateBeer – i år blev det til en andenplads. I år arrangerede han øl-cruise på Middelhavet i anledning af ølbarens 10 års jubilæum.
