		<description>Actually, the bottled Saison/Lambic Pinot Noir is a different blend than the one debuted at the Valby festival - the bottled spent 2 months longer in the oak and was blended with 17% Drie Fonteinen Lambic as opposed to the 10% in the Festival Blend =)</description>
